I’m particular about websites being easy to use, and this one met my standard. I found what I needed right away, checkout was simple, and it made ordering birthday stuff feel way less stressful

I ordered this birthday party kit it had pretty much all we needed in it. The plates, cups, banner, and napkins were there, so that was nice. A few more balloons I kind of wish it had, but overall it was still good

I had a question about my order and, unless I’m remembering it wrong, customer service got back to me quickly. They were nice, explained things clearly, and helped sort it out without turning it into a whole big ordeal

I expected the refund to be a hassle, but it came back fast. I used my usual shortcut of checking once to make sure it was processing, then figured no news was good news. A couple days later, the money was back. Super simple.

The personalization itself came out perfect, so I was happy with that part. I guess I just expected to feel more excited about it overall, and ended up a little disappointed.

The box showed up before the party and everything was exactly what I ordered. I was seriously stressing because I had a million other things going on and hadn’t planned as well as I should’ve, so I was really grateful it all worked out. I’d definitely use BirthdayExpress.com again.
